Application:

Max stamping speed 800spm,tonnage 30-65 ton. Mainly applicable for thin metal sheet with progressive mold used for blanking, forming, bending, piercing, can be equipped with automatic feeding line.

Features:

1.The frame is straight side and made of high rigidity cast iron, preventing the problem of opening deflection after a long time progressive production.

2.Equipped with two cranks and four full guides which can guarantee the precision and extend press life even with eccentric load.

3.Equipped with forced lubrication system and oil cooling system which can minimize the thermal deformation, suitable for high precision production.
