Features
- A combined uncoiler straightener system reduces the material loop between the coil uncoiling and leveling process, which saves 3-5m space in press workshops.
- The combined structure guarantee a synchronization between decoiler and straightener. This leveling system adopts a pneumatic rod pressing and release system on upper rollers, and handwheel roller gap adjusting which achieves a better coil straightening performance than the conventional straightening machine.
- The straightener part is easy to open for regular maintenance, roller gap space is adjusted by the turbine shaft with the handwheel.
